About:
I grew up in College Station, TX and played a variety of sports. In high school, I started throwing discus and Shelbi became my coach. In college, I continued track & field training before transitioning to CrossFit, where I fell in love with the community atmosphere. I also competed on the Texas A&M Olympic Weightlifting team where learning and lifting with proper technique was the priority and critical to staying injury-free. Yoga helped with this too. After graduating with my Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, I moved to DFW where my training transitioned over to bodybuilding, and since then have become a “hybrid athlete” mixing in weight lifting, running, Pilates, and yoga. I am passionate about balancing exercise and nutrition to feel, look, and perform at your best!
Outside of the Gym:
By day, I am a Global Program Manager at Amazon driving ergonomic solutions for warehouse associates to reduce injury risk. By night, I am a country singer/songwriter/musician - find me on Spotify!
